  • Free trial / sample edit requests: name, email address, company name, website URL, and any product images you upload.
  • Client account registration: name, email address, company name, and billing information.
  • Contact enquiries: name, email address, and any message content you provide.
  • Website analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data (page views, referrers, device type). We do not use cookies for tracking.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Deliver the image editing services you have requested.
  • Communicate with you about your orders and account.
  • Send service-related emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications).
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Improve our website and services using anonymised analytics.

We rely on contract performance as the lawful basis for processing data related to your orders. For marketing communications we rely on legitimate interests or, where required, your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to deliver our service:

  • Cloudflare R2 — secure file storage for uploaded images (EU data centre).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • HubSpot — CRM for managing client relationships and communications.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Supabase — secure database hosting for client portal data.

All providers are bound by data processing agreements and comply with UK GDPR or offer equivalent protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain client data for as long as necessary to fulfil the services and comply with legal obligations — typically for the duration of the business relationship plus 6 years for financial records. Trial submission files are retained for 90 days then deleted.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
